Xenoblade Chronicles seems to be an unappreciated franchise, but it still might have hope for rising into mainstream popularity. The original Xenoblade Chronicles sold around 83,000 during its first week when it released on the Wii in 2010. The 3D re-release of the original game on the 3DS sold 56,923 during its first week last month. Xenoblade Chronicles X sold 85,586 copies during its first week of release two weeks ago, according to Media Create. Another report from Dengeki shows that Xenoblade Chronicles X sold 70% of its initial shipment. Though this is not necessarily a pattern of stellar sales, it still shows a rise in popularity for the series and a hope for more Xenoblade in our lives in the future.

Our Verdict

Alex Hawkins
Alan Wake changed my life forever. I'm not afraid to admit my undying love for Animal Crossing. I plan to devote my life to writing and art. I have been playing video games since about the age of three and they have stayed my greatest passion. I began writing in high school through poetry and became interested in writing as a career going into college. I hope you enjoy reading what I post and to keep up with me follow me on Twitter or Instagram @artisticishalex. Peace.
