Xenoblade Chronicles 3D Will Have StreetPass and Amiibo Functionality

According to a pair of tweets from Nintendo, the New Nintendo 3DS-exclusive title Xenoblade Chronicles 3D will feature StreetPass and Amiibo functionality.

The game will feature “unique StreetPass functionality” that will allow players to gain in-game tokens; these tokens can then be used to unlock music and character models in the game. You can also obtain these tokens by scanning a Shulk Amiibo using the New 3DS’s NFC reader.
