There was a time when Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End was going to release in 2015, but then it got delayed. Then it was supposed to come out on March 18th. Then it was supposed to come out on April 26th. Now, thankfully, it’s gone gold, and Uncharted 4 will release on May 10th. When the game finally does release on that day, it will be releasing alongside not one, but two different special editions, and we just got two different trailers showing off the goods in each interlaced with gameplay footage.
First, there’s the Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End Libertalia Collector’s Edition, within which will be a 12″ Nathan Drake statue, a steel book cover, a hardcover art book, a sticker sheet, and exclusive multiplayer bonuses. Then, there’s the Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End Special Edition, with which will reside the same collectible steel book, hardcover art book, and sticker sheet, but no 12″ statue. The Special Edition trailer also mentions multiplayer bonuses, but it doesn’t call them exclusive, so I dunno what’s going on there.
