Respawn Entertainment has been working on a new Star Wars game for some time now, and we got our first teases of it during today’s EA Play presentation. The game will be titled “Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order” and will release during the holiday season of 2019, and Star Wars fans are already excited by the concept.

While there aren’t too many details yet, Respawn’s Vince Zampella revealed that you’ll be playing as a Jedi during the time period when Jedi are being hunted down by the Empire, between Episode III and Episode IV. This means, of course, that you’ll be wielding your lightsaber for combat.

We’ll learn more next year, but what do you think about this news? What do you think this game will bring to the table we haven’t seen in other Star Wars titles? Sound off in the comments below!
