In just a few months, Nintendo’s next console, Nintendo Switch, will hit store shelves around the world. Unfortunately, we know very little about its launch lineup, and Nintendo doesn’t plan to share anymore details until their special presentation on January 12th.

Nintendo has shared a list of third-party studios that are supporting Nintendo Switch, including Level-5, developers of Yo-kai Watch, Ni no Kuni, Fantasy Life, Professor Layton, and much more. While Level-5 will be supporting the upcoming hybrid console, CEO Akihiro Hino has revealed that his company won’t be bringing any games to it at launch.

“We plan to make games for Nintendo Switch, but I think it’s very important to find out the best way to get the most out of the console. For that reason, we won’t have any titles at launch, but we’ll work with it as soon as we figure out how to take advantage of it.”

It’s a little disappointing that Level-5, a company that has partnered closely with Nintendo in recent years, is still somewhat unsure about how to utilize Nintendo Switch this close to launch. What games would you like to see them bring to the console?
