Hyrule Warriors is Exceeding Sales Expectations

According to Koei Tecmo’s most recent financial earnings Q&A, Hyrule Warriors has exceeded sales expectations. Koei Tecmo couldn’t comment on whether the game exceeded the target of 500,000 copies due to Nintendo handling Western publishing. They did say however that Japanese sales are on track with what was expected, as well as international sales being above their expectations. More shipments in the second half of the fiscal year are raising their hopes even more.
