Numerous games have attempted to capture the magic of the “Metroidvania” genre over the years, and few have done it with as much critical acclaim as Team Cherry’s Hollow Knight. After debuting on PC in 2017, it recently made its way to Nintendo Switch, and soon it will be available on both Xbox One and PlayStation 4 as well. Team Cherry just announced the release date via a new trailer.

You’ll be able to pick up Hollow Knight on your platform of choice starting September 25th. The latest release will be a digital version of the Voidheart Edition of the game, which includes four expansions. No official price has been announced at this time, but its Switch release cost $15. Team Cherry did note that PlayStation Plus subscribers can get a 20% discount on the game.
