Kingdom Hearts III has been one of the most anticipated titles since 2006, following the release of Kingdom Hearts II. With the series originally starting on PlayStation consoles, it has since spread to Nintendo handheld devices, from the Game Boy Advance to the Nintendo 3DS. Kingdom Hearts III not only marks the first appearance of a Kingdom Hearts title on a non-Sony home console, but also any Microsoft console. With all this in mind, is it possible that Kingdom Hearts III could land on PC alongside the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One?

If it were to release on PC, it would ideally be a Steam release complete with trading cards, badges, profile backgrounds, emoticons, and possibly even its own workshop. It likely wouldn’t be too hard to port either, being that it uses Unreal Engine, an engine already familiar with PC platforms. A port would surely attract new players to the franchise, especially due to the fact that they won’t have to purchase a new console. Perhaps Kingdom Hearts χ [chi] having been released on PC could contribute to this possibility. What do you think? Start a debate in the comments so we can hear your thoughts!
