Bayonetta 2 Details May Be In The E3 Nintendo Direct

A recent tweet by Hideki Kamiya of Platinum Games teased that more Bayonetta 2 details will be dropped during Nintendo’s E3 Nintendo Direct presentation on June 11th. It’s far from a definitive confirmation, but it certainly seems likely.

Kamiya is known to troll his fan-base from time time, but this seems to be trustworthy. Bayonetta 2 is one of the most-anticipated titles for the Wii U, and an exclusive, to boot. This may not be the system-seller Nintendo’s hoping for, but with a potential Q4 release, Bayonetta 2 may just be the icing on the cake for what’s shaping up to be a great holiday season for The Big N.

The special E3 Nintendo Direct will be livestreamed here on June 11th at 7am PST.
